Purposes and Legal Bases

Log Files

When you visit our website, log files are created and stored for 14 days.

Account and Tracking Data

The email address you provide when creating an account, and the hotel and date details you submit for tracking, are processed to carry out our contractual relationship and to send you price-drop notifications, based on Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Browser Extension

Our browser extension only sends the price and date information visible on the hotel page you choose to track to our servers. This data is used solely for price tracking.

Data Processing Agreements

We work with the service providers listed below to operate this website, and have entered into a data processing agreement with each of them:

  • netcup GmbH
  • Vercel Inc. (server location: Frankfurt, Germany (West) - eu-central-1-fra1)
  • Supabase Pte. Ltd. (server location: West EU (Ireland) - eu-west-1)

Storage Duration

We delete the personal data we store in accordance with legal requirements. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the processing purpose, consent is withdrawn, or other permissions no longer apply.
